What Personal Information Does Genzyme Collect?

In addition, the Website offers you the opportunity to use various patient management tools, including"My Health Page","My Calendar", and"My Test Tracker", ("Tools"), which allow you to submit additional Personal Information, including medical test results, health history and appointment schedules ("Additional Personal Information"). Members :
Genzyme may collect Personal Information from or about members when they voluntarily submit information to the Website, or otherwise communicate with us via the Internet.
Children :
Genzyme is committed to protecting the privacy of children and we do not knowingly solicit information from children under the age of 13, and instruct such children not to send us any information. If a child has already provided us with Personal Information, his or her parent or guardian may contact us for the purpose of deleting this information.

Personal Information, including your e-mail address, phone number and name will be shared with the National Gaucher Foundation of Canada when you access the “Gaucher Link" program featured as part of the Website. The “Gaucher Link" program represents a unique opportunity for you to share with and learn from other members of the Gaucher disease community through an exchange of thoughts and ideas with others whose lives have been affected by Gaucher disease. Genzyme will not sell or otherwise transfer your Additional Personal Information to any third parties under any circumstance. Members’ full names and/or user names will never be directly revealed to other members.
How Does Genzyme Collect, Use and Disclose Personal Information?
